Who we are
We are currently an international team of individuals from various Dalit and Indigenous Nationalities of Nepal. Our collective vision is to bring together all Mulniwasi Bahujans (diverse indigenous identities) for social justice and equity.
Our aim
- To assist in practical support through mutual-aid by working with Dalit support organisations to raise funds for families of victims of caste-violence.
- To create discussions about Dalit issues through public conversations with Dalit activists, especially supporting Madheshi Dalit community organizers, women & Queer storytelling, Madheshi Dalit artists.
- To raise awareness of Dalit issues through the arts and music.
How is this different to other Dalit rights focused organisations?
We are a team of volunteers who work as a bridge between existing Dalit rights activists and organisations, and the wider Nepali society of remaining castes and ethnicities. Our job is not to replace them but to work as a channel of support as allies. We believe that it is the responsibility of all Nepalis to listen to the concern of the most marginalised groups among us. As a team of mixed castes, we believe we should lead by example to work together.

हामी दलित र आदिवासी जनजाति सम्मिलित अन्तराष्ट्रिय टिम हौ। हाम्रो सामुहिक परिकल्पना भनेको सामाजिक न्याय र निष्पक्षताको लागि सबै मुलनिवासी बहुजनहरु (बिभिद आदिबासी पहिचानहरु) लाई एकै ठाउमा ल्याउनु हो।

१, दलित सहयोग संगठनहरुसंग काम गर्दै जातीय हिंसाका पिडितका परिवारहरुलाई mutual-aid (आपसी सहायता) मार्फत सहयोग गर्ने
२, बिशेषतह मधेसी दलित सामुदायिक आयोजकहरु, महिला अनि Queer कथा-साहित्य, र दलित कलाकारहरुलाई साथ दिदै, सार्वजनिक संवाद मार्फत दलित समस्या/मुद्दा बारे परिचर्चा गर्ने
३, कला अनि संगीतको माध्यमद्वारा दलित समस्या/मुद्दा बारे जागरूकता बढाउने
